Troop 553 meets at 6.30 PM every Monday evening (except when Monday is a Federal holiday) at Bluewater Baptist Church located at 4580 Range Road, Niceville, Florida. Troop 553 is sponsored by the Bluewater Baptist Church and is part of the Gulf Coast Council, Choctawhatchee District which serves Okaloosa and Walton Counties

"The Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance is an organization committed to sustaining and providing optimum utilization of the Choctawhatchee Basin watershed. Under the auspices of the Okaloosa-Walton College, the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance provides opportunities for citizens, educators, and technical experts to promote the health of the Choctawhatchee Basin watershed."

The purpose of the Emerald Coast Concert Association is to provide an annual series of concerts/programs that enhance the cultural environment of the communities of the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. It strives to serve the citizens of Ft. Walton Beach, Shalimar, Niceville, Valparaiso, Mary Esther, Cinco Bayou, Destin, Crestview, and the surrounding rural/unincorporated areas of Okaloosa County and its neighbors.

The Emerald Coast Reef Association is dedicated to Reef Building and Research whose membership consists of a friendly mix of fishermen/women and divers. We provide a Free fishing & diving forum on our website, www.ecreef.org that is fast becoming the favorite place to go for information about local fishing, diving and ECRA social events.

The Gideons International serves as an extended missionary arm of the church: Our sole purpose is to win men, women, boys and girls to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ through association for service, personal testimony, and distributing the Bible in the human traffic lanes and streams of everyday life.

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to serve others by helping to instill value in young people and prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential.

The Kiwanis Club of Niceville-Valparaiso adopted its bylaws in August of 1975 under the constitution of Kiwanis International and has been thriving and serving the Twin Cities ever since. The Knights was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works.

Your membership improves your ability to reach new customers, offers training and growth opportunities and, simply put, means more business for you.

HOW CAN YOU HELP? You can help by becoming a trained volunteer to work at the reception desk, pantry, or as an interviewer. You can help through your prayers and your financial support. You may pledge your financial support through the United Way or the Combined Federal Campaign and designate Sharing & Caring as the recipient. You can also help by caring about those in need.
Food drives by any organization are very much appreciated. A suggested food list is available.
